This parking structure is 190’x280’ and 4 stories total with 3 elevated decks that were post tensioned, with tensioned guard rails wrapping the elevated decks, two structural steel staircases and 1 elevator. The structure has over 140 columns requiring bases of 20 feet below grade in some locations. The structure required approximately 6600 cubic yards of concrete.
Special inspections provided included soils testing rebar inspection, welding inspections, post tension inspections as well as stressing and recording tendon elongation.
