Today’s market demands for complex structures that have large amounts of glass, vertical and horizontal offsets, stiffness and mass irregularities and complicated load paths. This coupled with difficult soil conditions that exist in the surrounding area, provides for some very challenging projects. In addition, we have been involved with numerous remodel projects including seismic upgrades that demand close integration between structural solutions and architectural integrity. The extensive experience and capabilities of Marquess staff are up to these challenges.
