Falcon NW
A 9,000 s.f. pre-cast concrete building and tenant improvements for a computer systems manufacturer, this project is currently under construction. Marquess and contractor S&B James have worked together to meet both the client’s schedule requirements and long-term needs for expansion.

Bear Creek Valley Sanitary Authority
A two-phase Design Build Project with a new 9,000 s.f. operations and maintenance building and a 5,860 s.f. office building currently under construction. Working with local contractor S&B James, Marquess’ goal is to create an energy efficient, cost effective solution to meet to BCVSA’s long-term needs.

Crater Lake Business Center II
The second phase of a commercial office development project for Burrill Development, CLBC II consists of three new structures in Medford, Oregon. Marquess and contractor S&B James have worked closely with the Owner to provide an attractive and cost effective design/build product.
